Our caps (circumference 55-60 cm) are made with cotton and polyester and have a mesh on the back which softens over time and use. All caps have a seven-point back snapback closure to adjust the size, as well as an inner mesh to protect from moisture and sweat and an inner embroidery protector to avoid damage to the embroidery. The front patch is top of the line embroidery to provide a 3D feel that makes the wildest possible impact.

We do not accept returns for refunds, our warranty only covers damaged, defective or lost products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and that is why we work daily to offer you the best customer service, even after you have received the product. The only situation in which we can guarantee a full refund is if it is claimed during the processing period, before the package has been shipped (1 to 3 days after the order is placed). To request a return, a refund or both the customer should contact us through our customer service center or mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or defective products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us including pictures of the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will then be happy to send you a new one.
Products lost in transit
By purchasing on our website you agree to our shipping policies. Some orders may be delayed due to external factors (such as a Customs inspection), if you have not received your order within 20 days, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with regarding next steps.
Cancellation of the order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the goods, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the same order.
