Average delivery times are currently about 14-17 days for delivery in the United States. Average delivery times are about 16-22 days delivery to Spain, Mexico, Chile and other countries.
Once the order is placed, Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, then the item is Shipped the following day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and with tracking information. This tracking information sometimes takes 5-10 business days to update.
Taking into account the current global health crisis situation regarding COVID19, there is a possibility that shipments may take a little longer to reach their final delivery destination. We do not accept returns for refunds, our warranty only covers damaged, defective or lost products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and that is why we work daily to offer you the best customer service, even after you have received the product. The only situation in which we can guarantee a full refund is if it is claimed during the processing period, before the package has been shipped (1 to 3 days after the order is placed). To request a return, a refund or both the customer should contact us through our customer service center or mail email@example.com.
Damaged or defective products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us including pictures of the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will then be happy to send you a new one.
Products lost in transit
By purchasing on our website you agree to our shipping policies. Some orders may be delayed due to external factors (such as a Customs inspection), if you have not received your order within 20 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with regarding next steps.
Cancellation of the order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the goods, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the same order.
