Right of withdrawal, returns and complaints
The buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without any indication of the reasons.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification through communication mail, by sending an e-mail to INFO@WILDLIFECAPS.COM.
According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return and transport costs
We do not accept returns for refunds, our warranty only covers damaged, defective or lost products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and that is why we work daily to offer you the best customer service, even after you have received the product. The only situation in which we can guarantee a full refund is if it is claimed during the processing period, before the package has been shipped (1 to 3 days after the order is placed). We remind again that either to demand a return, a refund or both the customer should contact us through our customer service center or mail email@example.com.
Similarly, if the product does not meet the customer's expectations, the customer can demand a return and subsequent refund of the product by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. If the return center accepts this return, and it is for reasons unrelated to and solely due to insufficient customer satisfaction with the product, the customer must send the products to the address provided by the company for a subsequent refund. The additional costs of this shipment will be borne by the customer.

In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed to avoid transport problems. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid by the customer during the purchase.
Damaged or defective products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us including pictures of the product within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will then be happy to send you a new one.
Products lost in transit
By purchasing on our website you agree to our shipping policies. Some orders may be delayed due to external factors (such as a Customs inspection), if you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a replacement order.
We remind again that in order to request a return, a refund or both, the customer must contact us through our customer service center or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation of the order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of the goods, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer shall bear the shipping costs as well as the costs of returning the same order.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to Spanish law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary to it.
Our return policy has a duration of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order. If 15 or more days have passed since receipt, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or replacement of your product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting Customer Service.
