As a user or customer expressly declares to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. Methods of payment and execution of the order

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had improperly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will be obliged to You Be You, LLC to compensation for damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
In the case of making a bank transfer is very important to indicate in the subject the order number and your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days from the date of order confirmation to validate it.
Please note that payment must be made in US Dollars and that any exchange and bank charges are to be borne by the customer.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside of the United States, it is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions in origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your bank. Otherwise, You Be You, LLC could paralyze the shipment of your order by not receiving the full amount of it.
Any exchange and bank charges are borne by the customer.
The availability of products offered by You Be You, LLC may vary depending on customer demand. Although it updates the stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In case of non-execution due to unavailability, You Be You, LLC at the time it becomes aware of this situation will notify the customer.
Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the same by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If in 24 hours from the completion of the order does not receive confirmation, please contact You Be You, LLC in the email INFO@WILDLIFECAPS.COM.
The customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
Delivery and transport costs
You Be You, LLC ships to: Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, United States, Chile, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Italy and France. Shipments are made in the following way:
Once you place your order, 1 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 7-18 days for delivery in the case of Spain, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Italy and France, and 10-22 days in the case of Mexico and Chile. The cost of shipping varies depending on the country of destination and the shipping methods offered in each case.
Right of withdrawal, returns and claims
The buyer will have a maximum period of fourteen calendar days to cancel, from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without any indication of the reasons.
We do not accept returns for refunds, our warranty only covers damaged, defective or lost products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and that is why we work daily to offer you the best customer service, even after you have received the product. The only situation in which we can guarantee a full refund is if it is claimed during the processing period, before the package has been shipped (1 to 3 days after the order is placed). Similarly, if the product does not meet the customer's expectations, the customer can demand a return and subsequent refund of the product by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of purchase. According to the provisions of Article 103 of Law 3/2014 of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.
Return and transport costs
The exercise of the right of return must be made by notification, by sending an e-mail to INFO@WILDLIFECAPS.COM or by sending your letter to our postal address PO Box 166, Powell, OH 43065.
In any case, the products to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, in order to avoid transport problems, please make sure that the package is properly protected and sealed. Once received, we will check its condition. As soon as we check that the item, as well as any components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the money paid.
Cancellation of the order
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the delivery of the goods, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the departure of the order, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs, as well as the cost of returning the same order.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction.
The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, shall be subject to US law, unless there are provisions of public order contrary to it.
