Sometimes the hat gets damaged, bring it back into shape!
When shipping globally, we ship in an airbag package to protect the shape of the hats, these airbags are sometimes deflated during long-distance transportation, and the protection ability will decrease. This is out of our control and may cause cause the caps to wrinkle. Our hats have added memory fibers are easy to bring back to the original shape.
There are two ways to bring it back to it's original shape.
1 - Create steam with a fabric steamer, boiling a pot of water on the stove, or with a tea kettle. Be careful, steam is hot!! Use the steam over the cap for several minutes, reshaping it in your hands. Make sure you get enough steam so the cap is damp. After you work out the wrinkels, shape it and let it dry. Back to new!
OR
2 - For sever wrinkles or folds, soak the cap in warm water for 5 minutes. After soaking in warm water for 5 minutes, unfold and shape it with your hands, then let it dry. You can use a hair dryer to speed up the drying process. Continue to shape it while you dry it. The wrinkles will disappear!
Due to the difference between the photo equipment and your computer screen or phone, there will be slight color difference, which is a normal phenomenon. Thank you for understanding.
