When will my order be shipped?
Once the order is placed, it is processed in the logistics center in 1 to 3 business days, being shipped the day after being processed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding notification and with all the tracking information of the order in question to be able to track it at all times until its delivery. This tracking information will appear visible to the user within 5-10 business days on the corresponding logistics platform depending on the country of destination.
Please note that the carrier does not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order has been processed on a Friday after 12 am, it is very likely that it will not be shipped until the following Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your shipment. After that, it will take between 7-18 days for delivery in the case of Spain and the United States, and 14-26 days in the case of Mexico, Chile and the rest of the countries.
Given the current global health crisis situation regarding COVID19, it is possible that shipments may take a little longer to reach their final delivery destination. Please be patient and know that from our shipping logistics team we work daily to offer you the best possible delivery service.
